- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Line a tray with parchment paper and set it aside.
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water and gently mix.
- Place over medium heat and allow the mixture to heat without stirring until it turns golden and reaches hard crack stage.
- Thread the strawberries onto wooden skewers securely.
- Carefully dip each skewer into the hot sugar, rotating to coat evenly.
- Place the coated fruit onto the prepared parchment paper and let it harden.
- Serve once the coating is fully set and enjoy immediately.
