Description

Ingredients

  • Rice noodles, 8 ounces
  • Chicken thighs, 12 ounces, sliced
  • Broccoli florets, 1 cup
  • Red bell pepper, 1 medium, sliced
  • Green bell pepper, 1 medium, sliced
  • Yellow onion, 1 medium, sliced
  • Garlic cloves, 3 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce, 1/4 cup
  • Oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil, 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water until tender, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper until combined.
  3. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium high heat and add vegetable oil.
  4. Add sliced chicken and cook until lightly browned and cooked through.
  5. Add garlic, onion, broccoli, and bell peppers, stirring until vegetables are just tender.
  6. Add the drained rice noodles and pour the sauce over the mixture.
  7. Toss gently until the noodles are evenly coated and heated through.
  8. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
