Ingredients
- Rice noodles, 8 ounces
- Chicken thighs, 12 ounces, sliced

- Yellow onion, 1 medium, sliced
- Garlic cloves, 3 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce, 1/4 cup
- Oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil, 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
- Soak the rice noodles in warm water until tender, then drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper until combined.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium high heat and add vegetable oil.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until lightly browned and cooked through.
- Add garlic, onion, broccoli, and bell peppers, stirring until vegetables are just tender.
- Add the drained rice noodles and pour the sauce over the mixture.
- Toss gently until the noodles are evenly coated and heated through.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
