Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, sweet corn, chopped red onion, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper until creamy and well mixed.
  3. Lightly grease the pan if needed.
  4. Lay out the tortillas, add the tuna mixture evenly, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and fold into wraps.

  6. Remove from heat and let rest briefly.
  7. Slice in half and serve warm.
