- 1/2 cup sweet corn kernels
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine drained tuna, sweet corn, chopped red onion, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper until creamy and well mixed.
- Lightly grease the pan if needed.
- Lay out the tortillas, add the tuna mixture evenly, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and fold into wraps.
- Place wraps in the pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Remove from heat and let rest briefly.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
- Drain tuna well to avoid a watery filling.
- Do not overfill the wraps to keep them sealed.
