Description

A comforting fusion of tender pasta, spiced ground beef, juicy tomatoes, and creamy yogurt that brings bold flavors together in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 300 grams farfalle pasta
  • 300 grams ground beef
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Mix the yogurt with a pinch of salt and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook briefly, then add ground beef and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in tomato paste, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper, and cook until well combined.
  6. Boil the pasta until al dente, then drain.
  7. Add halved cherry tomatoes to the meat mixture and cook briefly.
  8. Spread yogurt onto serving plates, top with pasta, then add the meat mixture on top.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use full-fat yogurt for the best creamy texture.
  • Do not overcook the pasta to keep a perfect bite.
