- 300 grams farfalle pasta
- 300 grams ground beef
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Mix the yogurt with a pinch of salt and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook briefly, then add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato paste, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper, and cook until well combined.
- Boil the pasta until al dente, then drain.
- Add halved cherry tomatoes to the meat mixture and cook briefly.
- Spread yogurt onto serving plates, top with pasta, then add the meat mixture on top.
- Serve warm and enjoy.

- Use full-fat yogurt for the best creamy texture.
- Do not overcook the pasta to keep a perfect bite.
