Instructions
- Chill a mixing bowl if desired for a cooler result.
- In the bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture using a strainer or cloth.
- Add the drained cucumber, minced garlic, dill, and mint to the yogurt mixture.
- Mix gently until smooth and fully combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, then drizzle a little olive oil on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
