Scale

- 4 tablespoons chili oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped

- In a bowl, combine chili oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and chili flakes to create the sauce.
- Spread a spoonful of sauce at the bottom of the dish to prevent sticking.

Notes
- Use room-temperature wrappers to avoid tearing.
- Let the dish rest before slicing to keep layers intact.
