Description

A refreshing fruit-based frozen dessert made with watermelon and strawberries, naturally sweet, light, and perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed and seedless
  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Place your freezer-safe container in the freezer to chill.
  2. Add watermelon, strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water into a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Remove the chilled container and ensure it is clean and dry.
  4. Pour the blended mixture evenly into the container.
  5. Freeze for about 4 hours, stirring every hour to maintain a smooth texture.
  6. Once frozen, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes.
  7. Scoop and serve in bowls or inside a watermelon shell.

Notes

  • Use ripe fruit for best flavor.
  • Stirring during freezing helps prevent ice crystals.
  • Adjust sugar depending on fruit sweetness.
  • Let it soften slightly before serving for easier scooping.
