This lifelong passion for flavor eventually merged with my professional background in Computer Science and Systems. While it might seem like a strange mix, I found that my favorite “problems” to solve weren’t on a screen, but on a plate. I approach recipe development with a unique, methodical precision viewing every dish as a system that needs to be perfectly calibrated.
