Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until foamy, then add eggs, flour, and salt. Mix into a soft dough.
  3. Prepare the loaf pan by greasing it and setting aside.
  4. Roll out the dough, cut into sections, and layer each piece with melted butter, garlic, parsley, and cheese.
  5. Place the layered dough into the pan and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Brush with additional melted butter and sprinkle extra parsley on top.
  7. Let cool slightly, then pull apart and serve warm.
